Watercrest Condominiums is located in the Thomas Drive Area of Panama City Beachnear the fishing
fleet and the best restaurants.

Our condos are end units with great views of the beach and gulf. Our end units on the upper floors also  have views of Saint Andrews Bay and Grand Lagoon. The resort has a lovely pool (heated seasonally), sunning decks overlooking the gulf, lighted tennis courts, racquetball, exercise rooms, steam rooms, a video game room, and a lovely club house with a billiard table. Just 1. 5 miles from Capt. Anderson’s Restaurant and Marina.

These 2br/2bath units contain approximately 1400 square feet inside and about 700 square feet of wrap-around balconies.

The balconies on three sides  provide a great panoramic view.
